Training & Certifications:
In order to maintain the highest level of education, EstatePro Inspectors are required to attain a minimum of 20 hours of training annually. EstatePro Inspectors have been trained by Inspection Training Associates (ITA) and have passed the National Inspectors Exam. ITA is nationally recognized by ASHI, the largest home inspection association in the United States.
Owners:
EstatePro Home Inspection Services was established by Richard (Rick) Henry, along with his wife Michelle Henry.
With over 30 years experience in residential construction, renovation & remodeling, Rick has personally experienced every facet of home construction here in the Mid-Atlantic. This type of exposure gives Rick keen insight into home system deficiencies and the potential damage related to such deficiencies. Rick has worked closely with one of the largest home developers in the country performing hundreds of quality inspections resulting in detailed exposure to development trends, standards, and building codes.
Michelle brings over 25 years business experience in corporate America, which gives her the knowledge and experience necessary to head up Business Development. One of Michelle's responsibilities is to ensure that our clients consistently receive quality inspections in a convenient, concise, and timely manner regardless of who is assigned to the inspection. Michelle has put systems in place to ensure a positive and pleasant home inspection experience time after time.
